About me.
I’m Robs Talbot, a People-Centrist with a gift for spotting what others don’t. I help people feel safe enough to be honest. I ask the questions others avoid. I can walk into a business, spend time with a team, and quickly sense what’s not working and what could be.
I’ve spent more than 20 years in the corporate world, including over a decade in leadership. I come from a business background, not consulting, so I understand the real pressures, blockers and trade-offs leaders face. My focus has always been on the human side of work — shaping employee experience, customer experience, culture, wellness and communication. But my strength isn’t in ticking boxes. It’s in helping people feel seen, understood and connected to something bigger.
I bring outside objectivity with inside understanding. When I step into a business, people often say things they’ve never said before because the space feels safe and judgement-free. That honesty helps leaders see what’s really going on.
I’ve worked across onboarding, internal comms, customer journeys, survey design, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), recognition and more. I simplify what’s complex and humanise what feels mechanical. I embrace the emotional, layered side of people that others often try to ignore. That’s where real change begins.

I don’t arrive with a template or a ten-step framework. I show up with presence, curiosity, and a clear view of what’s really going on.
I listen closely — to what’s said, what’s not said and what’s happening beneath the surface. I look at the human experience inside your policies, processes and team dynamics. I spot the gaps: the missed moments, the friction points, the well-meaning efforts that aren’t landing.
Then I help you act with intention. Whether it’s redesigning your onboarding, reshaping internal or customer messaging or identifying what’s quietly eroding energy and trust, I guide you to shift what matters most.
