No. This is an employer-funded benefit. Employees don't borrow anything, don't pay any fees, and nothing is deducted from their salary. Ever. The employer funds it entirely. Employees simply receive it.

R229 per employee, per month, excluding VAT. That includes all six benefits. No setup fees, no tiers, no add-ons. Co-branding is available as an optional extra.

No. Your per-employee price covers everything. There are no charges to your employees. Not now, not ever.

Two weeks from receiving a clean employee dataset. We handle onboarding, branding, and launch.

Names, ID numbers, a unique identifier (employee code), cell numbers, birthdays, and start dates. Standard information HR already holds.

Yes. All data is handled securely and in full compliance with POPIA. We take data protection seriously.

No. Many employees don't have the storage space or the data bundle to download an app from the Google Play or Apple Store. So we didn't build it that way. Monday Magic opens directly in their phone's browser. It feels like an App and works on any phone.

They click on a link, enter their ID number, and confirm with an OTP. The whole thing takes under two minutes.

Benefits reset every Monday morning. Employees receive a WhatsApp or SMS reminder and can use their benefits whenever it suits them that week.

Almost none. Benefits run automatically. The only ongoing task is keeping the employee file up to date when someone joins or leaves, via a simple file sync.

HR will also be required to approve or decline cellphone number changes managed via Monday Magic.

Birthday and anniversary WhatsApps reference your company by name. For businesses that want to go further, co-branding is available as an optional extra. Full white-labelling isn't commercially viable at this stage, but we're happy to discuss what's possible.
